A NEW WEEK

Ok...well I am still recouping from whatever I was trying to get or get over (NOT swine flu people!!!) LOL I have heard that WAAYYY too many times the past few days!! :-) Overall though, feeling pretty well..however, workouts/cardio suffered a bit this weekend. :-(

BUT, its a NEW WEEK right?!?! YEEAAHHH!!! :-) So, I just got done doing my 1st hour of cardio and am now cooking breakfast for the kids...I gotta multi-task ya know!! :-) Then off to the gym for training and more cardio...I am excited!! I LOVE getting my new plans each week from the GPO team...DEFINITELY keeps me going!!!

So, here's to a new week for EVERYONE!!! Make it a GREAT ONE!!! :-)
